Meet Keele Taylor.
Spending twenty years in human resources has taught me a number of simple truths, the main one being: HR isn’t just about policies and compliance, it’s about the connection you have with people. My career in HR has been inspired by Maya Angelou’s wisdom, that “People may forget what you said or what you did, but not how you made them feel.” So, after spending 20 years in HR management in the workplace and seeing what doesn’t work for businesses, I launched HR Minded Consulting in 2020 to offer more of what does work for today’s workforce.
